Dawn was skeptical of the reports she'd heard about the burglar terrorizing the neighborhood. Crime wasn't THAT bad where she lived, and the police reports of his modus operandi made no sense: Who in their right mind would strip their victims down to their panties, encase them in pantyhose and tape them up tightly just to watch them struggle? Unfortunately for Dawn, she found out the hard way!
