Therapist Jeanette Cerceau has been seeing a very troublesome patient. He seems obsessed with bondage, and unfortunately, Jeanette has let her own distaste for such matters color her perception of her patient's mental state. When he leaves the room, she records a note stating she feels he needs to be committed as he presents a danger to others. Little did she know how correct she was! Seems her patient overheard her prognosis, and rather than spent a lifetime in confinement, he decides that's just what the good doctor needs! Commanding her to strip to her lingerie, he binds and gags the girl VERY tightly, leaving her to struggle and thrash against the ropes. Unfortunately, her obsessed patient knows quite a few things about knots, and freedom is an impossibility. Finally, the good doctor finds herself hogtied, left alone with a ticking bomb that means certain doom for her unless she can manage to get loose from the ropes! As the time slowly ebbs away, she struggles like mad in a desperate bid for freedom, but as things turn out, there is one more surprise awaiting the "good" doctor!
